SHIPPING/TIMEFRAMES:

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order to ensure it is correct.

  • In stock Items: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX will take an additional 2-5 business days.

  • Pre Order Items: Check item description for exact processing time frame. Delivery via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX will take an additional 2-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders qualify for free USPS Priority or free FEDEX shipping.

International Shipping

  • Canadian, UK, Rest of World Orders: Free international shipping is available on all orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150, rates are calculated based on your location and carrier preferences at checkout. Please note, international customers may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Anza Swim is not liable for any additional fees.

Please note that processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are final for hygiene reasons.

However, your experience matters to us. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@anzaswim.com.
We are happy to offer a repair, replacement or store credit.

Repairs will continue to be honored beyond the 7-day window.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or file a claim:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

All pieces are handmade. To maintain the quality of your swimwear, we recommend the following care guidelines

  • Do not iron. Rinse after every use. Hand wash in cold water. Hang to dry in shaded area

  • Avoid excessive tension when adjusting bikini straps.
